Responsibilities: · Development and implementation of the Company Unified Technology Policy in Drilling and Sidetracking: Analysis of current situation in terms of technological approaches applied in BU Development of Company Drilling and Sidetracking Strategy (Engineering/Technical part) Performance improvement KPIs and objectives development jointly with BUs and Drilling Department Efficiency & Operations Teams Manage and assess the potential to increase the efficiency of drilling and sidetracking through implementing technical Minimal Standards: Directional Drilling Drilling Fluids Bits Cementing Well completion Unified planning processes, performing engineering calculations and operations, introducing new technologies and auxiliary services. Direct and coordinate efforts on compliance with the Unified Technology Policy and sustainable improvement in key Drilling and Sidetracking performance areas Requirements: Minimum 10 years experience in drilling: ten years of international experience in one of the leading oil or service companies and last five years of leadership position in drilling and/or sidetracking (technology area). Participation in major projects - plus Knowledge of Strategy development Knowledge at expert level of Drilling and ST related technologies (drilling process, MWD/LWD systems, logging, drilling fluids, bits, cementing technologies) |
