Therapy Development Specialist, CRDM,
Tyumen
Main Job duties:
Achieve and overachieve sales plan at assigned
territory
Be responsible for marketing materials production,
preparation of equipment, product presentation.
Develop relationship with existing customers, identify
potential new customers, support promotional activity.
Assist and coordinate local business partner in preparing
needed technical and financial tender documents.
Acquire knowledge of Medtronic product, develop a
thorough understanding of all their applications and keep this
knowledge up to date through regular sales and marketing meetings
or product sessions.
Acquire and further develop all necessary professional
selling skills through meetings and training sessions and
courses.
Report on a regular monthly basis, activities in customer
accounts, prevailing or changing business trends, customer
complaints, technical repairs, competitor activity
Organize and participate in congresses, exhibitions and
workshops.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the
healthcare/pharmaceutical industry
Higher medical/bioengineering/technical
education
Successful experience in working with
distributors
Ability to travel extensively (30% - 50% of
time)
Advanced Microsoft office tools knowledge
Intermediate level English language (oral and
written)
Skills/Competencies:
Ability to successfully execute sales plans
Strong interest in working with hi-tech
devices/information technology products
Ability to plan, organize and execute a project
independently and on schedule
Ability to train, educate and influence
people
Ability to understand and work within a matrix
organization and participate in collaborative decision
making
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation
skills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to travel within Russia and abroad
Valid driving license
