With the further growth of our activities we want to boost our team in Russia with a Finance- and Administration Manager – m/f As part of the local senior management team based in Tyumen the Finance- and Administration Manager is a key appointment for the future growth and development of our Russian operation. With a planned significant increase of our local activities the efficient management of all financial activities as well as the supervision and development of the local Finance-/ Accounts Department is of particular importance. Further Duties and Responsibilities: Provide accurate and reliable financial management information Preparation and controlling of budgets and forecasts Planning of capital expenditures / cash flow statements in cooperation with the Country Manager and Regional Controller Monitor the financial performance of all contracts within the Country Work and liaise with external and internal auditors as well as with local authorities Responsibility for all local tax issues Due Diligence in relation to the Companies growth and development in Russia Required Qualifications and Skills: At least five years of relevant experience required, particularly with Russian Companies or Subsidiaries Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred Good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to continuously work under pressure and in time sensitive situations Strong human relations skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team Well versed in both English and Russian language Good knowledge of MS-Office, experience with SAP FI preferred Mobility of labor as the position is based in Tyumen/Russia If you feel you meet these skills, experience and approach necessary to perform this position please send your application. |
